In the middle

Although I would like to go to many countries and cities of the world, I feel a special attraction for the countries located in Western Asia, specifically, Turkey. I like to travel there, because that is a place where coexist the Western and Eastern cultures, confusing the European and Asian traditions.

I imagine, in the morning, walking for Istanbul (old Boundary between Europe and Asia, before known as Constantinople), and the afternoon, visiting some Mosque Muslin prayer. I would like to know the Mediterranean Sea and I would like with all people that I can.

But I don’t only feel a predilection for Turkey, but also I would like to know the rest of the countries that make up what is known as the Balkans like Serbia, Croatia or Greece. Also, countries like Egypt in the North Africa, where I like to study in some university, exploiting the vast history of places like Cairo University.

Anyway, I love everything about with the crossroad between Western and Eastern, its syncretism and fabulous culture.

Christmas!!!!!!!

The Christmas is one of most important festivity around the world. We can found the origins of Christmas in the annual commemoration of the birth of Jesus Christ. Although it is a Christian celebration, his power crosses the five continents and, in several countries, to generate big celebrations surrounded by gifts, games and memories.

Every year, I celebrate Christmas with my parents, with a delicious dinner, while waiting for midnight to open the gifts. I like Christmas, because is a moment full of hope and joy, specially, to children. However, this commemoration has changed dramatically from his establishment, because it has become a commercial celebration, leaving very little to religion or, in my opinion, his true sense: to share.
